ResAvenue PhonePay is a secure transaction platform that allows your guest to book and pay for his reservation through a single call. The booking process is as follows:
The hotelier has multiple phone lines and telesales executives to accept room reservations from his guests on phone.
The guest calls on the advertised numbers published in newspapers, brochures or catalogues of the hotel for details about room information, availability, tariff etc. (All incoming calls are free).
The telesales executive provides the guest with relevant details and closes the sale. Then the telesales executive moves to the Payment Collection Process.
The telesales executive creates a reservation order on his Hotel Reservation Management System and records all relevant guest information (personal information, stay related information and travel information), with the exception of payment information. The telesales executive uses this reservation order number (which must be numeric only) as the Reservation ID on the ResAvenue PhonePay to further process the booking.
